How to Create a LINE-Based Inbox?

Hi! Welcome to Hoory AI. In this user guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps of creating a LINE-based inbox in Hoory AI.

Let's get started.

  1. Go to LINE Developer Console and create a Line account.
  2. Create a "Provider" in the developer console.
  3. Create a new "Messaging API" bot under the provider.
  4. Log into your Hoory AI account.
  5. Navigate to Settings → Inboxes → "Add Inbox" button.

6. Select LINE from the list of available channels.

7. Fill in the following fields from LINE Developer Console:

  • Channel name
  • LINE channel ID
  • LINE channel Secret
  • LINE channel Token

8. Click "Create LINE Channel".

9. Add agents to your LINE inbox.

Congratulations! You have successfully created your LINE-based inbox in Hoory AI.

10. Go to the "Messaging API" channel in the developer console and configure the webhook.

  • Verify Hoory AI webhook URL.
  • Enable "Use webhook."

That’s it! Whenever a customer sends a message to your LINE account, you will now be able to see and reply to it from your Hoory AI dashboard.
