How to Create a Telegram-Based Inbox?

Hi! Welcome to Hoory AI. In this user guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps of creating a Telegram-based inbox in Hoory AI. 

Let's get started.

  1. Log into your Telegram account and ask the BotFather to generate a Bot Token. The instructions will be given by default. 

  1. Type in a unique username for the new bot and get the token, as shown below. 

  1. Log into your Hoory AI account. 
  2. Navigate to Settings → Inboxes → "Add Inbox" button.  

  1. Select Telegram from the list of available channels.

  1. In the Bot Token field, fill in the bot token you obtained from Telegram BotFather and click Create Telegram Channel.

  1. Add agents to your Telegram-based inbox. 

Congratulations! You have successfully created a Telegram-based inbox.

Whenever a customer sends a message to your Telegram page, you will be able to see and reply to it from your Hoory AI dashboard.
